Australasia Student Exchange students come to study at Dundee for one semester or one academic year as part of an exchange agreement between the University of Dundee and their institution.
The University of Dundee was founded in 1881 as a university college, and for 70 years is was a constituent college of the University of St Andrews. The University of Dundee received its Royal Charter, granting full independent status, in 1967. We are a traditional Scottish University, research-led with excellent standards of teaching.
Two thirds of our academic schools have received Excellent or Highly Satisfactory teaching quality assessment ratings from the UK government funding authoring.

We are now home to nearly 18,000 students, with approximately 20% coming from over 80 different countries. Two thirds of our students population are Scottish, making the Study Abroad experience a real blend of the local and international.
