We want to help you as you prepare to join us in Dundee. The information on these pages is designed to guide you, and answer your questions, but if there is something you still need to know, please contact us.

Before Departure - we answer some questions you may have before you leave home, provide links to British Council pre-departure briefings, and there is a pre-departure checklist to ensure you don't forget anything.

On Arrival

• You may be wondering what happens when you first arrive in the UK. We guide you through the process from immigration control to luggage collection and customs.
• Take advantage of our airport meeting service at Edinburgh Airport, or find out about travelling to Dundee independently.
• Once you arrive in Dundee, find out more about enrolment (known as matriculation) and Welcome Week (for those who arrive in September or January).
