Belmont Flats are located centrally on the main campus and yet only 10 minutes walk from the city centre, adjacent to the University sports hall, tennis courts, swimming pool, Students Association, Main Library and the Chaplaincy Centre.
Belmont Flats accommodate 340 students within sixty self-contained flats. Each flat has either 5 or 6 bedrooms (apart from two flats which have 2 bedrooms) for single occupancy and a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower and toilet. The flats have full central heating included in the fees.

Belmont Tower is located centrally on the main campus and yet is only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The residence lies adjacent to the University sports hall, tennis courts, swimming pool, Students Association, Main Library and the Chaplaincy Centre.
Belmont Tower accommodates 110 students within fifteen self-contained flats. Each flat has between 6 and 8 bedrooms (apart from one flat which has 4 bedrooms) for single occupancy and a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower and toilet. The flats have full central heating included in the fees.

Seabraes is located within a few minutes walk of the main campus and only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Built in 1995 and extended in 2006, Seabraes accommodates 411 students within 64 self-contained flats on the self-catering residence site.
The flats have seven bedrooms for single occupancy and each bedroom has its own ensuite shower and toilet. One flat (Flat 25), comprises 2 single bedrooms, shared shower room with toilet and kitchen. A Common Room is available on site for the benefit of all Seabraes residents.

Tay Mills, is leased to the University from a private company. The University agrees to manage the property, allocate residents to rooms, collect rent and liaise with the owners regarding repairs.
Tay Mills is located in a developing area of Dundee and is within 3 minutes walk of the main campus. The tall building, previously one of the longest textile mills in Britain was redeveloped in 1986 and now accommodates private businesses on the ground level and 202 residents on the 4 upper floors (please be aware that there is no lift in the property).
There is a security door entry system into the building. Each simply furnished flat comprises 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms for single occupancy, kitchen, bath/shower (shower units only in flats 1, 8 and 15) and separate toilet. Heating is by means of electric storage heater in kitchens and electric convector heater in bedrooms.

West Park Flats and Villa are located at 319A Perth Road, approximately 1½km west of the main campus, adjacent to the Western Cemetery and Harris Academy Secondary School, in a residential area.

Heathfield accommodates 426 students within 71 self-contained flats. Each flat has 6 bedrooms for single occupancy and a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower and toilet. The flats have full central heating included in the fees.
