Admissions and Recruitment Management Information (ARMI)

A wide range of reports and tables relating to applications/offers/acceptances and matriculations for Full-time Undergraduate (FUG) and Full-time Postgraduate (FPGT) programmes to the University over recent years are available for University staff to download from our 'Admissions Information (Staff)' organisation on My Dundee. These are all in Excel format and are straight forward to use.

If you do not currently have access to this organisation, please email asrs-managementinfo@dundee.ac.uk with your University username (e.g.jabloggs) and request access to ARMI.

Once access has been arranged, a member of the Management Information Team within Admissions and Student Recruitment will be happy to guide you through using the ARMI reports if you require it, although Help files are also available in ARMI.

The reports available on ARMI should cover most admissions management information requests you might have. However, if you require more specific reports, or some market research for a proposed new programme, then please complete our Management Information Work Request Form below.

How to supply work requests:

For data reports:

Please complete the Work Request Form below, providing your contact email address and the details of the work request.

If you require a report which is based on another one previously prepared by our team, please complete the form below and email a copy of the previous report to asrs-managementinfo@dundee.ac.uk.

For new programme market research requests:

As part of the quality Assurance Framework, the Management Information Team must be consulted at the development stage of the planning process for any new taught programmes to consider the potential market demand.

Please download Undergraduate - New Programme Market Research Request.doc or Postgraduate - New Programme Market Research Request.doc and email the completed form to asrs-managementinfo@dundee.ac.uk with "New Programme Market Research" in the subject.

Please complete as many details as you can as this will ensure we create the report to your specification. Use the 'Other details' box at the end to add in any other information we may need.

Please note that in order to deal with these work requests, as much notice as possible is required. Please remember to check the reports which are already available on ARMI before you submit a new request.
