School of Business Scholarships

The School of Business is offering a number of scholarships to applicants for its Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. You will find more information about eligibility, deadlines and how to apply below.

Postgraduate International

International Business Scholarship

£1,500 Scholarship towards tuition fee for international applicants to MSc International Business.

Accountancy & Finance Scholarship

£1,500 Scholarship towards tuition fee for international applicants to other Masters courses in the School of Business (excluding MSc Professional Accountancy).

Accountancy & Finance Alumni Scholarship

£1,500 Scholarship towards tuition fee for University of Dundee graduates with a first class honours degree entering other Masters courses in the School of Business (excluding MSc Professional Accountancy).

Dean's Scholarship for Overseas Alumni

£1,500 Scholarship towards tuition fee for University of Dundee School of Business graduates continuing onto a Masters course in the School of Business. These scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the Dean and can be held in addition to other School of Business scholarships.

How to Apply

Once you have been given an offer to study in the School of Business at the University of Dundee, we will send you an email telling you how to apply for a Scholarship.

You must complete the form, as soon as possible, and return it as per the instructions provided.

We will notify you after the closing date, to let you know whether you have been successful in being awarded a Scholarship or not. 

Deadline

The closing date for Scholarship applications for courses starting September 2013 is 1st July 2013, and for courses starting in January 2014 the closing date is 15th November 2013.

Restrictions

If you are being sponsored or are receiving a discount on your fees due to an articulation agreement, then you cannot apply for a University of Dundee Academic School scholarship.

You can apply for several scholarships but only one Scholarship towards tuition fees will be awarded.

DFID Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme

This is a highly competitive Scholarship and only one will be awarded for the MSc International Business course.  For students pursuing postgraduate courses relevant to development issues. Visit our DFID webpage for information about eligible programmes.

5% discount on advance payment of tuition fees

A 5% discount on tuition fees is applicable for international applicants who pay the full amount (for the year), in advance, by a given deadline. Please visit our 5% discount webpage for full details.

Postgraduate Home/EU

School of Business - Accountancy & Finance Alumni Scholarship

50% off tuition fee for University of Dundee graduates with a first class honours degree, entering Accountancy & Finance Masters courses, who are not in receipt of a SAAS postgraduate award.

School of Business - Accountancy & Finance Scholarship

£500 Scholarship towards tuition fee for Home/EU students entering Accountancy & Finance Masters courses, who are not in receipt of SAAS postgraduate award.

How to Apply

These scholarships will be awarded for academic excellence, and are worth £1,500 payable for the first year of your course.

These are applicable to all full time undergraduate degree courses (MA/BSc/BAcc/BFin/BIFin) in the School of Business.
