Overview

This Higher Education Diploma programme aims to develop good practice in the management of volunteers by presenting a range of frameworks, models and theories to help participants develop their role as a volunteer manager, and to assist them in their professional development. The programme has been developed in conjunction with Volunteer Development Scotland and credited within the BA Professional Development undergraduate programme.

Participants come from a wide range of organisations and sectors, both the voluntary and community sectors as well as the public sector.
