This course has been designed for professionals across a wide range of professions and occupations predominantly in the public, voluntary and third sectors, to allow them to develop more effective leadership and management practice within their own role and organisation.
The programme has flexible entry and exit points allowing you to enter at a level appropriate to your level of education and experience. You are encouraged to seek credit for prior formal learning and for experience. The programme has 3 levels which are matched to the Scottish Credit and Qualifications framework level 7, 8 and 9.

This programme is essentially delivered by online distance learning, allowing participants to continue in employment and study in their own locality. At times there may be the opportunity of workshops, if numbers are viable.
