After graduating from Sohag University, Faculty of Commerce, Egypt, with a very good degree in 2002, Ahmed Hassan was appointed as a teaching assistant at South Valley University, Faculty of Commerce in 2003. In 2005 he received a scholarship from the Egyptian Government to study for his Master and PhD in Accounting in the UK. In 2009 he achieved his Masters degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Dundee, School of Accounting & Finance with distinction. Ahmed is now studying for his PhD under the supervision of Dr. Bruce Burton and Dr. Theresa Dunne.
