Seabraes lies adjacent to the main campus and is only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. As the name suggests, the residence is located between the main campus and the sea and on a brae (small hill or slope). Seabraes accommodates 411 students from the UKand around the world. Flats 33 to 64 were built in 2006 and comprises 32 six-bedroom flats. A Common Room is available on site for the benefit of all Seabraes residents.
Flats 1 to 32 at Seabraes are used for vacation and conference business during the summer months of June to early September.
Flats 33 to 64, are available year round for entrant and continuing postgraduate applicants and other senior year students.

| Car Parking | Access to the Seabraes Site for Vehicles is controlled by an access barrier. Access/Parking is restricted to Permit holders only. If you wish to purchase a permit, please contact Sanctuary Management Services (Heathfield Office, tel 01382 383111) prior to arrival. Permits are sold on a first come first served basis. For terms and conditions, prices etc please contact the Heathfield Office. There is no parking for guests, visitors etc to residents of Seabraes. |
