POLICY ON PAYMENT FOR PAPER

2(1) There is no legal onus on the University to pay for or to provide paper for students who wish to print-out module-related information from University networks. The onus is simply to provide material integral to a course for which tuition fees are paid: 'provide' in that context means make available in an accessible form via a pc, hard reference copies etc.

The quality of downloadable material is an issue for departments to keep in mind taking advice from ICS and the LLC in the context of VLE-based material.
