Introduction

The University of Dundee's edr team and Marshalls ACM have developed a 10 minute online quiz to provide some guidance on ways to help resolve difficult workplace issues. This quiz is voluntary.

This online multiple choice quiz will introduce you to the concept of early dispute resolution and give you some information on how it works in practice. It also contains some hints and tips that can help if you are either in the middle of a dispute or think you may be heading for one. It identifies ways to resolve differences of opinion and reach mutual agreement on the way forward.

The quiz is available from: http://marshallacm.upsidelms.com/marshall/login/dundeeuser.jsp

How to get started with the quiz

Step 1 - To logon, enter your username in the form of your University of Dundee email address e.g. John Smith would be "j.smith@dundee.ac.uk" and the password is "password" then click "login" (pink box)
