the development of institutional mediation related policy and procedures for the HE/FE sector through the sharing of existing good practice;
facilitating consideration of the establishment of 'in-house' teams with expertise in mediation skills and to also consider the potential for the inter-institutional exchange of 'in-house' mediators;
sharing across the HE/FE sector, the development and provision of mediation related training opportunities and support documentation; and
wider sharing of experience and development of links with other similar mediation related networks across the UK including the Scottish Mediation Network.
