What is edr and why is it useful?

  • Provides a quicker, simpler and more cost-efficient way to solve disputes.
  • Takes into account a wider range of interests of the parties involved in a dispute
  • Provides a greater chance of reaching an agreement which will be voluntarily respected by the parties involved.

What can I do next?

To find out more about the confidential, informal and voluntary process of mediation, contact Fiona O'Donnell in the first instance, and to make arrangements to speak to any of our trained mediators about having a 'facilitated conversation' to help diffuse a workplace tension or difficult issue.

Where do mediations take place?

Presently there are three neutral venues used for mediations. These are:
