What are these?

Becoming a university student is an enriching experience; you will meet people from many different cultures, backgrounds and experience and, so, working alongside each other will bring an additional dimension to your learning. This reflects the fact that, once you graduate, your professional career will similarly require you to work alongside others. Hence, developing your interpersonal skills is an essential feature of your learning and, ultimately, your employment strategy. As a student, you will learn to:

The Academic Achievement Teaching Unit tutors can help by meeting with you to discuss ways to enhance your interpersonal skills that will help you to liaise with others and operate as a group and team member in collaborative learning in the ways that are expected at university but please note our expectations.
